Win 7 64bit and G19 and G110 mute-media keys don't work

Hi all
I'm new here, but have been having problems getting my Win 7 64bit OS to show that the keyboards G19 and G110 and the mute and media keys to work when pressed. I'm sure I'm not the only one having a problem. I have tried each keyboard on Vista and they worked fine, so must be something else either OS related or keyboard related. Anybody have a way to fix this on either keyboard? I have tried support and not luck. I appreciate your help in advance.

Which driver version do you have installed? And are the other keys and the G-keys working ok? If so, I would take a closer look at your system's sound drivers and supporting software.
Do you have an add-on sound card installed or do you use on-board sound?

First make sure you have the correct sound drivers for win7-64, which sometimes can be tricky.
